  2. 2) What are these arrows past DARNE?

This is a "fly visual" segment of the approach. A dashed arrow indicating the visual flight path will be included in the profile and plan views with an approximate heading and distance to the end of the runway. When executing the visual segment, the flight visibility must not be less than that prescribed in the IAP, the pilot must remain clear of clouds and proceed to the airport maintaining visual contact with the ground. Altitude on the visual flight path is at the discretion of the pilot.

  5. 5) What is the dashed line after ZAGBU?
    View full Jeppesen chart

This is a Vertical Descent Angle. Many nonprecision approaches provide a Vertical Descent Angle as an aid in flying a stabilized approach, without requiring its use in order to fly the procedure. This does not make the approach an APV procedure since it must be flown to an MDA, and has not been evaluated with a glidepath.
