Heartbleed Security Information

Our servers are not affected by the "Heartbleed" security vulnerability announced on April 8th, 2014. The "Heartbleed" issue is caused by a bug in OpenSSL, which our servers do not use. Instead, they use Microsoft's technology to secure your SSL communication.

We protect your information - including they way you pay, your personal information, and your training progress. We never save your payment data on our servers and follow the industry standard Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) to keep your information safe.

  1. General

Boldmethod uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to protect your payment and personal information. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

  2. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Security Policy from time to time. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via an e-mail to the email associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Security Policy.

  3. Contact Information

This Security Policy is operated and provided by Boldmethod, LLC, 2033 11th Street, Suite 2, Boulder, CO 80302. If you have any questions about this Security Policy, please contact us via email at info@boldmethod.com, phone at (720) 663-7754, or by mail at our Boulder address.
