Enter Swayne Martin, the blogger behind "From Private To Professional Pilot." There are lots of great blogs in aviation, but what makes Swayne's unique is... Lots of stuff.

First, he's 17. As unique as that is, it's not the best part. He loves to write about other people. Aviation needs mentors, and we usually look to experienced pilots for leadership. But, you can mentor at any age, and at any experience level. Writing about other people - showing a genuine interest in someone else's passion for aviation - is a great way to do that. That's Swayne in a nutshell.
