Some Songs Are Perfect For Flying

Some songs seem like they were written in a playlist for soaring through clouds. Before we get the songs started, check out this video to see what we're talking about. You can almost close your eyes and picture the views already...

1) "Getaway" - Saint Motel

After this year, I think we're all ready for a bit of getaway. If you need a song for your next fun trip, this is it.

2) "Summer Breeze" - Seals and Crofts

Open that window up and enjoy the last few days of warm air flowing through your airplane. If you fly low and slow, this is for you.

3) "Falling" - Asher

Adventurous and epic, this song has elements that sounds like the perfect match for cloud surfing through the sunset.

4) "To Build A Home" - The Cinematic Orchestra

Want to listen to something a little slower? This is a beautiful song, and one of my favorites.

5) "Everything's Gonna Be Alright" - David Lee Murphy, Kenny Chesney

So you like country? My favorite part of flying is getting to leave the world and its chaos behind for a few peaceful hours.

6) "Memory Lane" - KOLIDESCOPES

Are you creating a video montage for your friends and family of your favorite flying memories? Give this song a try. The lyrics are a perfect match.

7) "Follow The Sun" - Xavier Rudd

Imagine this. You're flying through a warm sunset and you play this song over the intercom for your passengers. I can't think of anything more peaceful.

8) "Here Again" - Ten Fe

If reminiscing to your favorite flight memories is your thing, check out this awesome song by Ten Fe.

9) "Swing" - Win and Woo, EVVY

For a futuristic song with heavy bass, here's an easy listen that you'll want to add to your next flight vlog.

10) "Learn to Fall" - Hugh, Anevo

We've all felt a bit like we were "learning to fall" during flight training. Will you add this to your flying playlist?

11) "Adventure of Me" - Rob Riccardo

This song reminds me of backcountry flying. What does it remind you of?

12) "Atlas" - Coldplay

This song is perfect for flying on a cloudless, starry night. Trust me, you'll see when you hit 1:00 of this Coldplay favorite.

13) "Higher Ground" - ODESZA, Naomi Wild

Ok, so you've probably heard this song in quite a few cinematic YouTube videos. We've got to give it to ODESZA... This is the perfect flying song.

14) "Anti-Gravity" - Lotus, Oriel Poole (Olive Nelson and Tobtok Remix)

This slightly funky song has great lyrics to match an even better title.

15) "Bitter Sweet Symphony" - The Verve

If you haven't heard this song, you've clearly been off-grid. Take me to your private island! Jokes aside, this is a classic.
