Vote: Would You Use An App To Land Your Plane?

Xavion

The creators of X-Plane have announced an app called Xavion that could save your life. If you have an engine failure, the app can plot a course to a nearby runway. And since the app knows your glide distance, as well as surrounding terrain, it makes sure you can get there safely.

On top of that, if you have an autopilot, the app can connect to it via WiFi and fly you all the way to the runway threshold. At that point, you can take over and touch down.

It sounds pretty incredible, but what do you think? Would you use an app to land your plane?
