What devices does the course work on?

This course works on your computer's web browser, Apple iPads and iPhones, Android tablets and phones, and Windows tablets and phones.

Device Requirements

• Compatible Web Browsers: Chrome, Safari (including Safari on your iPad or iPhone), Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer (version 10 and later)

Is your video blurry or buffering for long periods of time?

Click or tap the gear icon in the lower-right corner of the video, and select a lower bandwidth stream. 1080p is the default. If that's not working, try 720p or 540p. If you're using a cell network like Verizon or AT&T, 360p may be required for streaming.

Not hearing audio on an iPad or iPhone?

If you don't hear audio with an iPhone or iPad, here are a few things you should check:

1) Are you connected to a Bluetooth audio device, like wireless headphones? If so, the sound is probably going to your Bluetooth device, and not through your iPhone or iPad speaker. You can turn bluetooth off by going to Settings > Bluetooth



2) Is your volume turned up? To check, tap the screen when your video is playing. You'll see the volume level on the screen.




3) Make sure your ringer isn't silenced.

Downloading Video to an iPad or iPhone

Videos can be downloaded for offline use with our free iPhone and iPad apps. Currently, videos can not be downloaded on Andriod devices or computers.

To download videos for offline use on an iPad or iPhone, tap the "downloads" option from the menu. Select High or Normal resolution, then tap the videos to download. Once a video is downloaded, it can be viewed offline.

To remove a downloaded video from your iPad or iPhone, tap the video again, then tap "delete."
