Vote: Your Nav Instruments Fail On Your Checkride, Should You Be Able To Use ForeFlight?

clicclic

The Scenario:

You're on your private pilot checkride, flying the cross-country portion of the flight. The designated examiner fails the VOR that you were using to navigate your route of flight, and you don't have any other nav instruments on board the aircraft.

Should you be able to open up ForeFlight (or any EFB) on your phone or tablet, and use it as a backup navigation during the checkride? Vote, then tell us why you made your choice in the comments.
