Vote: Should All Aircraft Be Required To Use NextGen?

Primary - NextGen Henry Bailey

There's been a lot of talk about the FAA's NextGen (Next Generation Air Transportation System) and how it will improve safety and efficiency. However, there are drawbacks. One of the four elements of NextGen, ADS-B, may be required on all GA aircraft operating in NextGen airspace. That would come at a steep cost for GA aircraft owners - it costs approximately $5,000 to $10,000 to install ADS-B on a GA airplane.

What do you think? Should all GA aircraft be mandated by the FAA to have ADS-B equipment on board for NextGen?
