9 Reasons Why Being A Pilot Is Better Than Being TSA Precheck Approved

Being TSA Precheck approved isn't bad, but this is why being a pilot is even better:

1) Instead of long lines at security, the only line you're thinking about is centerline, and how your nose wheel is going to be glued to it.


2) Rubber gloves? Maybe to strain your fuel, but not for any other inspections...

3) Instead of a body scanner, you're scanning for the best aircraft heading to catch this sunset.


4) You don't need special approval to keep your shoes or boots on.

5) And you have your electronics out for a good reason, not just for the X-ray machine.


6) You can carry more than 3 ounces of liquids, and you definitely don't keep them in a ziplock bag.


7) And flammable liquids? They're definitely encouraged.


8) You don't have to take your jacket off before you fly.
