The numbers are in, and 2014 was one of the highest attended Airventure shows in history. But in addition to the sheer number of people, there are many reasons why it was so great. Here are just a few.

1) 500,000 People

There were over a half-million people at Airventure this year, and everywhere you turned, it was packed.

More than 10,000 aircraft descended into Oshkosh and nearby airports for the show. Need proof? Just look at this picture.
