In 2013, during my junior year of high school, I decided that I was going to get an early start to my professional aviation career and begin flight training. I flew a Cessna 152, based out of Waukegan Regional Airport (KUGN) in Beach Park, Illinois at Skill Aviation where I started my Private Pilot training. I soloed the summer before my senior year and earned my private pilot certificate in the spring of 2015. One year later, I have received my Commercial Pilot certificate with multi-engine and instrument ratings. Since starting my training as a pilot, I have logged time in aircraft ranging from a PA-44, Extra 300L, SR-22T, and a PC-12.
I'm studying at the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota, majoring in Commercial Aviation. I am the Public Relations and Social Media Officer for the Student Aviation Advisory Council (SAAC) as well as the Treasurer of EAA Chapter 1342. Receiving instruction from some of the most experienced professors in the field as well as flying aircraft in the vast spectrum of weather North Dakota has to offer, it has trained me to be the best pilot I can be.
